That’s why we work to provide housing options and resources that are tailored to meet the needs of those who are struggling with homelessness and poverty.

Our goal is to create sustainable, safe, and supportive living environments for individuals and families in need. We strive to provide access to resources that will empower them to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.

How We Operate

Non Profit Donations

All donations made to MINC are tax exempted and are directly spent on community engagement.

Largely Self-Funded

Though every donation is helpful, MINC is largly self funded through our ecommerce and direct selling store.

Community Founded & Managed

We were founded by a team of likeminded individuals who wanted to solve the problems we saw in our community. When you donate to MINC, you donate to actual community members.

Who We Are

What is Minc?

The mission of the MINC Community Development Corporation is to revitalize the Flower Garden Subdivision by providing programs and services that promote empowerment, self-sufficiency, education, housing, and economic development.

MINC was founded in 2011 to promote and provide awareness and tools to underserved communities for healthy lifestyles and wellness.

We are a non-profit organization of volunteers working tirelessly to achieve that goal.

Early in the founding of MINC, we realized the importance of focusing our scope. We have since focused our programs to include but are not limited to:

  • Restoring affordability and increasing economic vitality.
  • Partnering with similar communities with similar ambitions.
